I really liked that. We didn't have a lot of house selling experience, most people don't. That is one more reason we were so pleased to have Bob on our team. We could ask for his opinion and get a professional response. If we had an idea that he knew would require a little modification, he could suggest a modifier in such a way as to make us think that we had a great idea.
